Oscar S. Reyes is a respected business leader with a track record of success in the management and governance of major corporations, development of new businesses and landmark projects, finance, entrepreneurship and corporate citizenship.

The former chairman and chief executive of the Shell companies in the Philippines, Oscar remains a director and the adviser of Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation and Shell Philippines Exploration B. V. He was assigned to Shell International covering South America and parts of Africa and had academic training in North America, Europe and Asia. These are experiences which enrich his global perspective.

Currently, he is an adviser and director of other major corporations engaged in telecommunications, information technology, food and manufacturing and construction, financial services and management.
