Atty. de Borja studied law at the Ateneo de Manila University and obtained his Masters degree at the University of Pennsylvania. He was previously a partner at the Angara Abello Concepcion Regala and Cruz Law Offices and a senior partner at the Ponce Enrile Cayetano Reyes and Manalastas Law Offices.
